Umm...there are a number of artist's galleries missing in the Invited Artist's Section. Does anyone know what could be wrong?

Whenever I try to make the writing in my signature smaller it always appears much larger (larger than the standard size). I've noticed it in other members signatures too. I'm not sure if it's my computer. This is the first time its happened and its been going on for about a week now.

I had that once too, Erulissë. On the top of your IE/Firefox window, go to View, and then Text Size. You can make the text smaller or bigger there. That might be it

Am I the only one who doesnt have the main menu listed anymore?? Why has it disappeared from my home page? I cant even find how to get to some of my favorite places here. I went to sent an e-card this morning and cant get to them. Help!! ... and le hannon.

Aiya, callë, that just happened to me. You need to hold down the Ctrl key at the same time you click the refresh page button of your browser. It worked for me. I hope it works for you!

Hey there,

I have the same problem, but since I'm on a Mac, it won't work. I tried and when you hold the control key down and click it, it won't even refresh the page.

LadyGaladriel, are you using IE for Mac? If so, hold down Option and click Refresh. (You also need a recent version of IE.) If that doesn't work, you might have to try clearing the cache.

I seem to be having trouble with the PM system. When I hit 'Preview' or 'Send' I get sent to the front page of CoE, nothing happens to my PM :dizzy: Is it just my computer being weird as usual?

I'm having a problem logging off of the site. When I click the logoff button, the computer tells me to hang on, it's logging me off, but then I don't get logged off. So I have been eternally logged in for some time now. I usually just give up and exit out, but whenever I come back to the site from my computer I'm logged in. I don't remember saving any passwords either. Frustration!:cry:

Did you try clearing the cookies from your browser? That usually does the trick. On most browsers you can find that function in Tools -> Internet Options (in IE, it's right on the "General" tab).

Ack! The PM problem is back! When I click 'submit' I'm forwarded to CoE's front page instead of the 'Your PM has been sent'-page. When I look at the 'sent messages' page it's not there.

It worked fine a few days ago

There's one thread in our Realm that sends out two email notification messages when someone posts only once in it. It's been going on for a week or so now. It's Iluvatar's Sceptre! on Yavanna's Main Forum page. It's currently Topped.

I'm not sure whether this should go here, but why is it that at the Realms Page, it says "Realm of Mandos - 0.01" in the "non-existant" list of Realm points? Maybe it's just a glitch or something, but I thought I'd mention it anyway.

It had not been removed yet so I would remove the points myself every few days but it is gone now since we no longer use it.

Should I be able to see and access TT Archives, Ulmo: Projects, TR Archives and OCC Archives? They don't seem to be showing up on the main Board Index, just the drop down menu.
Those were new sub-forums added. I've added it to Rivka's task list to be repaired. Thanks...

dunno, maybe it's for everybody, but....

when i get an email informing that someon has written in a topic after me, the link provided takes me to the very beginning of the topic... that's very uncomfortable to scroll through all pages to find the last one

Mintas, yes, we're taken to the first page of the thread, but if you click on the >> to the right of the page numbers just below the thread title at the top of that page, you will be taken right to the last page.

Same thing happend to me. I got a bunch of e-cards on my birthday, (mar. 4th) and they all say they where sent March 27,2007,--03:51 PM.

Hmmm, I seem to be able to enter a Nessa Subforum from the General Realms Discussion - in the quick bar it's listed as a Subforum there... Nessa: The Golden Quill... I'm not meant to do that am I...? (btw Nessarians, don't worry, I didn't spy on your threads)

It's fixed now. Somehow the user access list got wiped out; it happens sometimes.

Which option are you using to logout, elra? The one at the top of the page or the 'logout/exit' button under 'My Accounts'?

I've solved the problem by now. I usually use the logout at the top of the page, but this time I used both, i closed the browser, turned off the computer, I even disconnected it. Until a friend of mine reminded me to delete the cookies.. That worked..

Hi, Wizards_Pupil. You might try logging off COE and then deleting all the 'cookies' off your computer. Reboot and then log in again and see if that doesn't help.

Try holding down either the Alt or Ctrl button and at the same time clicking the refresh button on your browser. That usually works, but I can't remember which one does it. It does happen periodically, though.
