I love the way this is going, and I'm getting great results with character developement. But what's happening to Brenna? We can't just kill her...and it would drag on if she got away. It's your choice chainsaw, just wondering 'cause we have alot of ideas we can follow.

well how about this: someone is obviously after Brenna, now. Maybe our folks get her to help them find the one who employed her, but he's looking for Brenna at the same time? confusing, maybe. I want to know what it was that Reothed found out.

I like the hunter becomes the hunted, but it would only last so long before a confrontation, surely. And yes, it would be rather nice to find out what Reothed knew. But I'm out of ideas for the moment: four hours of Math revision has frizzled my brain.

you're not the only one frizzled XD I stayed up all weekend with a fake baby for parenting class. :sleepy:

what do yall think of re-opening for a few new members? unless you think it would get too confusing. 0-o and we'd have to figure them into the plot... nevermind, I dont think thats a good idea.

Good idea about the hunter becoming the hunted idea. Well I've posted that the hunter has tracked Brenna down to the village, and has burst in on the group. The rest is up to you, with Glorfindel out for a while.

Alrighty, so the hunter, I had thought would be a mercinary, but I like the idea of him being the original imployer. Cool, so he got away, with an arrow in his shoulder. He'll be back though :evil:

Um, so we have to get back to the village where Ryn and Fae lived, that's where it started. What could the problem be? An uprising? Black market? I'm thinking something pretty big. Maybe there'll be tons of traps on the way back, who knows...

I can think of nothing that may have been so bad to get Reothed killed. Not right now, anyway. there is a group of men who do business with orcs, and who wouldn't mind killing one of their own... *thinks hard*

I had always thought that Reothed had found out about what the "bad guys" are doing - but I just had a second thought: he was involved, and he wanted to pull out.

Does that make sense?

that sounds even better... lets say he found out about it and got pulled into it. When he decided to drop out of whatever it was, they decided he was a threat to their evil plan. The problem is just coming up with the evil plan... Maybe an assasination- they were getting together to plan killing Eomer, or some other royal figure? :evil: thats a pretty devilish scheme... well, opinions welcome

An assasaination attempt sounds good, or perhaps an attempt to usurp the throne. As there are very few members of the House of Eorl left, maybe some rival faction seeks to kill the remainders (aka Eowyn and Eomer) and seize control?

Yes, this sounds good. Maybe this "said rival faction" has some pompus a*s with no brains in the forfront, and this evil group plans to put him on the throne and control Rohan through him. Reothed some how became involved in this, maybe he thought it was something else, or perhaps he went in because of a long standing grudge, but realised at the last minute that it was wrong.

I dont think he's dead, just injured.
Soon our tall, dark, mean 'friend' should show up, after the battle has calmed down a bit. with glorfindle wounded, the ladies wil have to handle the situation. 0-o
