Jackson in negotiations to direct The Hobbit

First Hobbit film on track for 2012 release
Although there was initially some confusion over when the first of the two Hobbit films will be released, Warner Brothers has now confirmed that the first Movie will be released in December 2012 and the second in December 2013. You can read the fully story here.
