New Line fined in “Lord of the Rings” lawsuit
The Los Angeles Times report that a federal magistrate has fined New Line Pictures $125,000 for failing to produce potential evidence in Peter Jackson’s lawsuit over the accounting of the first “Lord of the Rings” movie’s income.
