John Howe has seen an unfinished cut of Extended Two Towers. He’s still keeping everything under wraps, but tells us that we ‘MOST definitely’ will want it. Roll on November…

There is now an official release date for the Two Towers DVD in the UK. What date is it, you ask? You’ll have to click to find out! There’s no word about whether or not this applies in the US and other regions as well, but we’ll keep you posted.

In an interview Peter Jackson did with CBBC and Lordoftherings.net, he talked about the Extended DVD for TTT, mentioning the addition of 30-35 minutes of extra footage. According to the interview, the DVD is likely to be rated R, for the battle scenes added to Helm’s Deep. Read the updated article on DVD Town
