Today, March 25th, is ‘Tolkien Reading Day” and The Tolkien Society is inviting everyone to join in celebrating the 75th anniversary of the publication of ‘The Hobbit’. For more information click here.

Cardiff University’s Dr Carl Phelpstead has just written a book detailing the influence of Wales on Tolkien and his work. “Tolkien and Wales: Language, Literature and Identity,” will be released on May 21st at Cardiff University’s Bute Building. For more information click here
