Empire Film Awards 2004 – online voting now open
Online voting is now open for the UK Sony Ericsson Empire Film Awards. You can vote in a number of categories including best director and best scene for which The Ride of the Rohirrim from RotK has been short listed. The awards will be presented live on Sky Movies on 4th February 2004.

Orlando Bloom given Hollywood Breakthrough Award
Orlando Bloom has been awarded the men’s Hollywood Breakthrough Award. The award will be presented at the 2003 Hollywood Awards Gala Ceremony on October 20th . The blurb is about 3/4 the way down at the Hollywood Film Festival web site.
