    Over a year after its release, ‘The Return of the King’ is still winning awards! Viewers of the BBC’s Film 2004 programme have voted it Film of the Year, in a shortlist that included ‘Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind’ and ‘Finding Neverland’.

    The official site has been updated with a brand new video clip from the RotK EE DVD appendices, featuring Peter Jackson, Philippa Boyens and Billy Boyd discussing the creation of Pippin’s Song.

  • New six-minute RotK EE preview!

    The previously-reported RotK Extended Edition preview has appeared on the official site, featuring six minutes of new footage, both from the film itself and from the DVD appendices. The Extended Edition will be available on December 10th in Europe and Australia/New Zealand, and on December 14th in North America.
