I think that it would be awesome to have those two versions of the Hobbit! I really hope things can be settled between New Line and PJ so that they can begin making the movies!
It would be great if there were two movies!!!! I soooooo hope New Line and PJ can sort out their differences so they can get on to making the movies!!!
Hm…. so did they let 1000 employees go so they could have more money to make movies!?!? That doesn’t seem right…. But anyway, I surely hope Pj can get things straightened out with Newline and stuff.. The Hobbit would be awesome to have!! :disco:
Well there were heaps of difficulties regarding making LotR, and that all turned out fine and dandy. It’ll happen, I’m sure, it’s just a matter of when… hopefully in this lifetime, lol. 😀

I think it would be kinda weird if they did two movies, but it would probably end up being cool.
I just hope they can get things straight with PJ/New Line so they’ll actually *make* the thing and not just talk about.
I think they’ll end up making it sometime… But when? No clue. Like they said, probably not until things are straigtened up with PJ and New Line.

I think it’s hilarious that there’s all this news about MGM wanting to make The Hobbit, when they’re only the distributor.

they spelled Tolkien wrong…. that really really bugs me
