Andy Serkis, did an excellent job. His voice was perfect. He brought Gollum/Smeagol to life. He brought out the Good loving character (Smeagol) and the hateful evil character (Gollum) out with the great expressions of his face, that was done for the computer. Gollum/Smeagol, is a character that I have a love/hate relationship with.
