  1. Hmm…I have never seen veggie tales, so I can’t say what this will be like. It should be interesting, but I’m not sure that I mean that in a good way.

  2. oh yay! that is so AWESOME!! I am so excited!! sweeet. i’ve never actually seen veggie tales, but i know that they are awesome and that alot of people love them, and that is a big deal to have LOTR made into a veggie tale, especially since they mostly do bible stories anyway. Lord of the Beans is bound to rule!

  3. I’m so excited! I was kinda disappointed ‘cuz I thought that it would be rleased in theaters like “Jonah” was. But renting a video is cheaper than a movie ticket anyway! I can’t wait! *starts counting days till Nov. 1*

  4. *lol orlandoandelijahluver* ๐Ÿ˜€

Ah yes! Big Idea shall never cease to amaze us with its protruding wit and keen imagination. I can’t wait for this film to come out!! “…of the Beans”; *lol* They’re so funny. Next they’ll be making Gourd Wars….. (I’m not serious ๐Ÿ˜› *lol*)

  5. Alright! When this comes out in November I’m buying this baby on DVD! I love Veggie Tales and LOTR and this is going to be hilarious! I cannot wait!

  6. Lol! That looks awesome…ah, it’s been so long since I’ve watched VeggieTales. The originals were such classics, but it kind of got away from that after a while…hopefully this one will restore that sense of fun and wonder the first episodes had.

  7. It sounds strange. Veggie Tales is for young kids and well Lord of the Rings is well, very fightening to a young child. But I might see it.

  8. Hmmm. Sounds cute. I’m generally not one for religious cartoons, but VeggieTales is clever. My sister likes them, so I might end up seeing it.

  9. Heh, I love Veggie Tales so this movie proves to be hilarious. As long as it doesn’t insult LOTR I’m cool with it. I’ve loved Veggie Tales since I was little. *begins singing ‘The Pirates That Don’t Do Anything’ song*

  10. Veggie Takles doing LOTR?! NO WAY! It’s VIOLENT! (annoyed) Veggie Tales is a religious little kids cartoon against violence and stuff. I have had to suffer through it cuzza my insane aunt! It would be like this: ” Now don’t insult Sam, Merry, God doesn’t like it. AHH! THE SPEAR IN MY HEART! *dies*” (no offense) Doesn’t ANYONE think its a bad idea? What’s wrong with the world?!!!

  11. *groans*
I, for one, will not be seeing it >.<'
Ever since my cousins got addicted to it, they have been singing
every single song known to the Veggie Tale world -_-
I have come to hate it very much ๐Ÿ˜›

  12. I’ve only seen one Veggie Tale movie and not all of it either. It was very cute (loved the theme…*starts to sing* ‘if you like to waltz with tomatoes…”) ahhemm…anyway,
but I would like to see a Veggie Tale LOTR movie. Who are they gonna cast as Frodo…Bob the tomato?? With a huge, gold ring around his body…? That would be funny! =-D

  13. Actually, I changed my mind. I have looked at it, and I do not like how they changed everything. First, the Hobbits are not Hobbits but Flobbits. (grr) Second, Legolas is Leg-o-lamb, Aragorn Ear-of-corn, Gandalf Randalf, and Frodo is Toto Baggypants who gets a BEAN from his uncle Billboy Baggypants! Oh!! How insulting! My mom wants to buy it for my baby brother, but I am SO upset! (I will watch it to see how terrible it is gonna be.) =-( I am not happy! (i am exaggerating about this whole thing…sure…I’m upset…but not THAT much! HAHA) =-D

  14. Oh my goodness. We watched that movie in Chemistry class the day after finals first semester. haha! It was BAMAZING. But not a lot of people in my chemistry class understood much of the humor, so there were times when I was just CRACKING UP and everyone else was just sortof: “How is this funny?” But Anyway. My Chem teacher is awesome. And so is Lord of the Beans
