It is happening at Wal-Mart in Jerseyville, here in Illinois. It might also be happining in other Wal-Marts or stores that have a Kodak developing center.

According the TheOneRing.net it’s at Walmart, Bay City, Michigan
I’m near Milwaukee, WI, and cannot locate any store nearby that is doing this. HELP! PLEASE email me if you know of one. I’ve tried the WalMarts, Shopko’s and Osco’s in Racine and Kenosha.
