The admins here at CoE try our best to stay on top of things, but running a site this huge is fairly time consuming, and some things have been a little neglected lately. Here’s what needs help:
1) We need someone to add items to the store. If you are familiar with our various affiliates (Amazon, All Posters, Entertainment Earth, Barnes & Noble, and Emerchandise) and like to look through all the great merchandise, this might be the thing for you. No html knowledge required.
2) Update the information in the Cast section. It’s a little out of date now, and we especially need someone who is willing to seek out new interviews to be added to the list. Minor html knowledge (make links) is required.
3) Seek out links and archives of fan art. Our fan art section is woefully thin. This task simply requires making a list of sites links that have nice fan art and sending it to me (Rivka). No html knowledge required.
4) Test the links in the links section. Make sure they’re working. See if they’re are any good ones that need to be added. Test the links in news articles and make sure they’re in the links database. No html knowledge required.
5) Fanfiction seeker. Do you love reading LotR fanfiction? Know where all the good stories are? If you’re really into LotR fanfiction, and can help compile a list of the good ones, let us know. No html knowledge required.
