From all these waterfront and seaside locations, I think its a good guess that they’re stand-ins for Numenor. I can’t imagine how the upcoming series is going to handle the 3400 year timeline of the Second Age, but it seems likely we are going to see the rise and subsequent downfall of Numenor. Can’t wait!
