The Bainbridge Island house is charming as anything, but no self-respecting hobbit is going to call that a hobbit house unless it’s got round windows and doors! 😀
That is a very cool building with the curvy roof and all, but I wouldn’t call it a hobbit home. The basis for that would be, “In a hole, in the ground, there lived a hobbit.” That is not a hole in the ground. That other bullring in France or some where in the pics better fits the description, though it lacks a round door.
Only the richest or poorest hobbits lived in a hole in the ground, CEOofA. Many lived above ground in ‘long, low, and comfortable’ homes made of wood, brick, or stone.
Well thank you for clarifying that. I have trouble picking up all the little details some times. Well then, I think it could be a hobbit hole. But your still right, windows and door are the wrong shape!
