  1. It is so beautiful that their tombstone calls them “Beren and Lúthien.” They loved each other so much, and their story is a little bit like Beren and Lúthien’s (check out the biography or something). John Ronald and Edith are having their “happily ever after” in heaven.

  2. He still among us and will never be gone from our imaginations. The man is immortal. Thank you CoE for remembering the man and knowing that he is still with his Luthien. He is in His Middle-earth with Her. He still delivers The Magic and Wondr of Middle-earth to the World through his books.

  3. Tolkien was the wisest man I’ve ever known of, and I’m so sad that he’s gone. Rest in peace, creator of Middle Earth. We’ll all miss him, even though he’ll never be really gone or forgotten. John Ronald Ruel Tolkien was the best ever!
