ian mckellin better play ganalf! but what in the world would elijah wood be doing in the hobbit? frodo wasn’t even alive when the story the hobbit took place! *pulls out hair*
To use anyone else as Gandalf or Frodo would sabotage the films’ success. I would not go and see either film if Ian McKellen and Elijah Wood did not reprise their roles. I’m sure a lot of other faithful fans would do the same. I believe that they should use as many persons as possible in the roles they played in the Lord of the Rings trilogy. We all expect to see these characters as we first saw them on film. It only makes sense.

Who can be Gandalf but him? The one and original. I love him playing Gandalf and I will be angry if they don’t give him the part.
YAY!!! Might make it worth seeing now. I REALLY hope he gets the part!
