I emailed them, as well. It was hard for me to put the right words down for some reason, though. But I did it anyway. I actually think it will be better if Peter Jackson does The Hobbit after New Line loses it’s rights, though.
Wrote my nice icy message:D – Ulmonites can easily see it in our threads, as I’ve posted it there, as well. And I repeat here: Go, Ulmonites, wriggle your fins and make your presence felt!
I also went and signed the petition on TheOneRing.net. It’s worth the shot – after all, we the audience can make or break the movie’s success. There are millions of Ringers worldwide and they deserve to have a say in the matter. For once, I’d love to see something else rather than money, interests or ignominous lawsuits win the day. How about you?;)

Yup. I signed a petiton from TheOneRing.Net…. *sigh*
I put in my two cents. We’ll see if it matters…
I have clicked on the link and mailed them I hope they won’t be offended. I wrote it very nice, but you never known those are an exciting lot.
Sent a short mail to NL, hopefully they will read it…
I just sent them a long note. I really hope they take us seriously.
I sent them a pretty lengthy letter. I intend on sending another in a little while- I just can’t imagine The Hobbit without Peter Jackson!
I also send a letter and I posted the info on another Tolkien site I am a member of to get the word around. 🙂
