1. So, you have been chosen by the wizards to answer their own particular brand of questions this month. Does this make you proud? Why do you think the wizards have chosen you?
It’s an honour, definitely. As to why they chose me, I haven’t a clue, but I’m delighted that they did, unless it was to find out how the mind of an Elda works. Lol!!

2. Let’s start with something easy. A simple choice. Which do you prefer and why?
– Middle-earth or our world?
Oh, I like simple. *giggles* I think I would choose our world. After all, if I weren’t here, I wouldn’t be able to escape to Middle-earth. This way, I would have the best of both worlds.

– A steward’s son or a son as steward?
A steward’s son. No particular reason, really.

– Arwen as hope or Arwen as reward?
As hope, I suppose. Hope is always best in my book. Rewards are over and done, but hope springs eternal.

– The addition of chocolate into Middle-earth or the addition of lembas into our world?
Lembas into our world. If it has the properties it is purported to have, it could go a long way to easing world hunger.

– Which pairing do you prefer: Arwen/Aragorn; Éowyn/Aragorn; Éowyn/Arwen, Aragorn/Boromir or Boromir/Figwit?
Hmmm, a difficult one, but I’ll go for Boromir/Figwit, or should that be Trent/Figwit?*grins*

3. You wake up with a gentle wind on your face and birds singing in the trees. The sun is rising over a nearby wood. Where are you?
No idea, but I want a season ticket there, please.

4. You wake up with something seemingly like a tornado whirling around you. No birds are singing, in trees or otherwise. The sun is in the sky, but often hidden by flying debris, trees, cows etc. Where are you?
In this day and age and with Mother Nature having a bit of a strop, seems like it could be anywhere. *clicks heels* I wanna go home.

5. Which would you rather do and why? File Gríma’s toenails, brush Lurtz’s teeth or wash Gollum’s loincloth?
Probably brush Lurtz’s teeth. Strange, you may think, but it would be a challenge and I wouldn’t mind being up close and personal to the big Uruk. Yes, I have a penchant for a bit of rough. Lol!!

6. How well do you think you would do if you were dropped suddenly into Minas Tirith? Or Edoras? Or Barad-dûr?
I think I would cope quite well in all three places. I enjoy visiting cities and I could do my tourist thing in Minas Tirith, checking out the markets, the Citadel, seeing what the nightlife is like. I know of a few interesting hostelries ~ The Warg’s Revenge, The Purple Duck, The Adventure Inn.

Edoras: Do I *have* to explain?! ~ Horses, rugged men, wild countryside, rugged men, Meduseld, rugged men…!

Barad-dûr: I am always attracted by eyes and a staring contest would be fun.

7. Do Siamese cats truly come from Mordor?
Haven’t really thought about that, but I suppose they could.

8. What 5 things would you take to Middle-earth with you and why?
– My MP3 player, hoping there would be somewhere to charge it up, and because I *need* it.
– The Complete Atlas of Middle-earth, to know where I am, although Dwarves don’t really need maps … oh, in character there, for a moment. Lol!!
– A Rosie Cotton costume…got to get Sam, somehow!
– A camera. *Necessary!!!*
– Jelly babies. A day without jelly babies!!

9. Which is your favourite season, and where in Middle-earth would you like to spend it?
Autumn ~ Lothlórien.

10. Give us 5 words that explain your love of Tolkien and his works.
Inspiration, comradeship, adventure, strength and wonder.

11. Which characters would you be in the following books: Winnie the Pooh, Lost, Chronicles of Narnia, Harry Potter?
Tigger – boing, boing. Sawyer’s centre of attention. Aslan. Professor Snape.

12. And on to our favourite website … Which forums have you never posted in on CoE? Which forum do you post in most?
Elvish 101, Collectibles, Creations and the Palantír, as far as I can recall. I suppose I post mostly in Nienna and The Prancing Pony.

13. Which completely unnecessary section does CoE really need?
I don’t know really. I think everything is pretty much covered. Is that boring or what?! Lol!!

14. And that’s that! Thank you for your time and your thoughts! One further question – do you have anything to ask the Wizards?
You’re welcome. Hmm, what do you think would have happened if the Ainur had been tone deaf? Oh, and is this the way to Amarillo??
