How did you find CoE?
I found CoE while I was doing some web surfing looking for LotR roleplaying websites. When I first saw CoE, I just poked around a bit, not sure if it was what I was looking for. But then I came back the next day and the next, and I came to feel at home here.

What are your duties here at CoE?
I started out on CoE as a Roleplaying Forum moderator, since that was were I spent most of my time. Now, I’m the FanFiction Admin overseeing the submissions of stories and poems. I really like my new job as there are some amazingly talented writers here on CoE.

What are you favorite areas of the site?
The Roleplaying Forum and the FanFiction section. LOL!

How often do you visit CoE?
Several times a day usually, and I’m usually in the chatroom as well, for most of the day.

How many times have you read the books?
I try to read LotR at least once a year and right now I’m working my way through The Silmarillion; it’s going slowly, but I’ll get there.

Who is your favorite LotR character?
I have many favorites, and I like various characters for many different reasons. But my very favorite LotR character is Gandalf. He reminds me of myself, suffering from multiple personalities. LOL!

Do you have a favorite scene from the Trilogy? My absolute favorite scene was in RotK EE, when Arwen had the vision of her son. I know it’s not in the books and not canon, but that part just really sincerely touched me. And it didn’t hurt that the actor playing her future son looked just a bit like my own little boy.

What character left out of the films do you miss most?
There really isn’t a character that I miss, but I was extremely disappointed that the movie did not include the scenes where Sam was tempted to keep the ring, and he had those delusions of “Samwise the Strong”. I really thought Sean Austin would be incredible acting that out and I looked forward to see it on screen. But, alas, PJ saw fit not to include it in the film.

Do you know any Sindarin or Quenya?
A very, very tiny bit, just enough for roleplaying and writing. I’m not fluent by any means.

What did you enjoy most about the ROTK EE?
The whole thing! Loved it all, from the cinematography to the costumes, I for one thought it was excellent and I watch it at least once a week.
