The October issue of the Council Courier has featured the following riddle:
More grows in the garden than the gardener knows he has sown.
The answer is: Sam’s box from Galadriel. Explanation: The riddle refers to the chapter “The Scouring Of The Shire”, in which Sam plants the seed from Galadriel and uses the dirt she gave him from Lothlórien. He has no idea what will come of it and is pleasantly surprised to see the results.
