What I Liked: It’s really easy to make and it doesn’t need a lot of things you don’t normally have, so you can practically bake it when you feel like it. It is handy, easy to bring with you to school/work, and it gives you the feeling of not being hungry, neither stuffed.
My Suggestions: If you’d like a less sweet bread, try letting out the sugar and make the honey butter less honey and more butter.
Other Comments: Try serving it with some “raw” fish (tuna, salmon etc.), and some mixed sour cream and lemon juice. Delicious as a pre-course!
Rating: I’ll rate it 4 out of 5!

What I Liked: It was easy enough to fix, although it took longer than I had expected.
My Suggestions: Eat them while they are still warm!
Other Comments: I was not very impressed with the Lembas Bread. For all the work that went into it, it had little flavor. If it wasn’t for the honey butter…I know that Lembas Bread isn’t supposed to taste like much, but I expected this to taste better.
I also expected it to be more of a short-bread type bread and not a biscuit-type bread. This was not a crunchy wafer.
I don’t think I’ll be making it again… Compared to making cookies or some short-bread recipes, the effort wasn’t worth the finished product, in my humble opinion, of course. ~_^
