I always like to sit through the end credits. However long they are. Can’t understand the people who jump up after the last word of the film and rush out of the cinema as if the Ringwraiths were after them.
I wanted to to sit and watch all of the credits, but the people I was with wanted to go. I did see part of them though. I loved all the sketches of the characters and of course the song, “Into the West.”
I sat through all the credits and read them all… It’s the end of greatest film ever made, I think all the people who worked on it deserve to have their names read!
Out of the 5 times that I’ve seen ROTK so far, I’ve sat through the credits once. As for other movies, I stay for the credits sometimes but not to see who’s involved in the creation of it. I stay to listen to the credit songs. The credit songs are really good in most movies. The credits for Matrix Revolutions were slightly shorter than the ROTK credits. (Lasted for about 9 minutes, 10 seconds) People should give credits a chance to listen to the music and learn about who did what in the movie.
The second time I went to see it I forced my friend to sit through them with me (which wasn’t hard as she wanted to see David Wenham) and made her like Into the West (which also wasn’t hard). The sketches are really, really good and I reckon that people should give the credits some credit (!) as so many people worked so hard on the films!!
I’m a bit confused about the credits – I couldn’t figure out the name order. It wasn’t alphabetical by first or last name, or by last letter of first name or any of the other odd things I tried. It wasn’t order of appearance, or actor famousness, or… anything, as far as I can see. Anyone know?
