I think Howard Shore’s scores for all three movies have been absolutely brilliant. You can see the characters in their scenes as the soundtrack plays. The author’s last line of “You probably own it already, and cherish it” is very true. It’s one that I’ll enjoy for many years to come.
I won’t complain about an early extended DVD release date either.
