Unfortunately, only a select few theaters were hosting Trilogy Tuesday. And about an hour after they had appeared, tickets were sold out. Countless fans were heartbroken as their chance to see The Return of the King a day before it’s release date faded and then disappeared. And it wasn’t their laziness- phone lines were clogged, servers were down… just about every problem imaginable.
Outrage at this has led to the creation of this petition. Once you get there, you can sign your name, town/province, state, and country with a comment if you would like. Names you can make up, but I was informed that the town that you put down affects where they could possibly extend Trilogy Tuesday. To my knowledge, this is an official petition and not a light affair. You can find it here!
