Good article (if only they hadn’t misspelled “niece” right at the beginning in big bold letters…). I liked the bit about imagining to be a princess and waking up to actually being one.
What I found a bit funny, though, was that Eowyn’s is described as “one of the strong female characters”. Err…’scuse me, but how many female characters ARE there in this all male story…?
Mirando Otto is an amazing woman. She is indeed the perfect choice to portray a shield maiden or Rohan. I am a former martial artist and I realize how must study to achieve the level of Training that Miranda has undtaken. I look forward to seeing her in The Return of the King,.
