Good advice, really, not just for long flights on an airplane, or sitting in a theatre watching your *favorite* movie(s), but also, like right now, if you have been sitting at your computer for more than an hour. You gotta get your poor old body to move!
No worries here…I always, always…have to use the ladies room at least once during LOTR…But seriously, this is super important, for me its sitting at the computer, and keeping my legs not crossed…I tend to cross my ankles…
That just stresses the importance of keeping active the rest of the day! if you move around frequently and are active every day, sitting down for a 3-hour movie once in a while won’t hurt you!

Great advice before the ROTK Party!
man…i’ve heard about a case where it happened to a certain person while he was riding a plane, and then he died…
