I ended up sending an email to the editor about this article, lol, because they said that Eomer was Theoden’s son, which is obviously false.
I’m amazed by people who think that Eowyn and Eomer are Theoden’s children, even if they haven’t read the books. If they’ve seen the film, I would think they’d notice that there’s an awful lot of mention about Theodred being Theoden’s only son. And Eowyn even calls Theoden “Uncle!”
