The new expansion set includes two different 63-card starter decks, one featuring a new Gandalf and the Goblins of Moria, the other Gimli and Sauron’s forces, and contain a mix of cards from Mines of Moria (including 3 random rares) and from The Fellowship of the Ring. The 11-card booster packs are all Mines of Moria, with a foil from the parallel diffraction foil set in approximately one in six packs.
